Refund policy

We hope you’ll love your Felyne purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Items should be returned in a resaleable condition where possible. Opening the packaging to inspect the product or included accessories will not affect your return eligibility.

We are unable to refund products that have been heavily used, written on extensively, or damaged after delivery.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
