Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy from Felyne LLC. Your order is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, such as in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect delivery information. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund.

Products

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.

Our Debugger models are designed for catching insects around the home. Please check the product details, dimensions, and features carefully before ordering.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery and returns are covered separately on our Delivery and Returns pages. These form part of these terms.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we may not be able to amend an order once it has been dispatched.
